1. Agreement
By using the Designs Connexion website, services, software, automation workflows, or connected integrations, you agree to these Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or integration.
2. Services
Designs Connexion provides technology support, AI and automation assistance, website services, graphic design and related business technology services. Certain tools may connect with third-party platforms, including QuickBooks Online, when authorized by the account owner.
3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Designs Connexion grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use any Designs Connexion software or integration solely for its intended business purpose. No ownership rights are transferred. You retain your rights in the business information and materials you provide.
4. Authorized Use
You agree to use Designs Connexion services only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, systems and data you are authorized to access. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use the service to access another party's information without authorization.
5. Private QuickBooks Online Integration
The integration is for authorized Designs Connexion business use. It is separate from this public information website; visiting this site does not provide access to the integration.
If you connect a QuickBooks Online account, you authorize the integration to access and process the QuickBooks information covered by the permissions you approve through Intuit. The integration will use that information to perform functions you request or configure. Authorization to connect an account does not itself instruct the integration to create, update, or delete accounting records; any such action must be part of an authorized task or workflow.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your accounting information, reviewing outputs before relying on them, and determining whether any transaction, report, categorization or other accounting action is appropriate for your business. Designs Connexion services are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
6. AI-Generated and Automated Output
AI and automation tools may generate summaries, classifications, suggestions, drafts, calculations or other output. Such output can contain errors or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing material decisions and verifying important information before acting on it.
7. Third-Party Services
Some Designs Connexion services depend on third-party platforms. Availability, features, authentication and data access may change based on those providers. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Designs Connexion is not Intuit.
8. Credentials and Security
You are responsible for protecting passwords, account credentials and access to connected systems. Do not share production credentials through unsecured channels. Notify Designs Connexion promptly if you believe an integration or account has been compromised.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue a service or integration when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal requirements or business operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Service Scope and Charges
Project scope, support arrangements, deliverables, and charges are agreed separately. This website does not establish a service subscription, response-time guarantee, or fixed-price commitment.
10. Intellectual Property
Designs Connexion branding, website content, software, workflows and original materials remain the property of their respective owner unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every issue will be resolved, that every automated result will be error-free, or that third-party services will remain continuously available.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Designs Connexion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website, services or third-party integrations. Any limitations that cannot legally be excluded remain subject to applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect third-party integrations at any time. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically erase retained business records; see the Privacy Policy for information requests and retention. Designs Connexion may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect systems, comply with law, address misuse, or discontinue a service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, technology or legal obligations change. Updated Terms become effective when published with a revised effective date unless otherwise stated.
